Description

Our advanced right angle to right angle male 12G SDI patch cables are made from Belden 4855R mini RG-59 and 12G certified high performance right angle BNC connectors. We ruggedise the connector boot areas with dual wall heat shrink making the cable suitable for both installation and mobile camera and gimbal deployments.

Belden 4855R 75 Ohm cable is a 4mm mini RG-59 type cable with a solid silver plated 23 AWG conductor bonded to Duobond® II and finished with a 95% tinned copper braid shield and PVC jacket. These properties make it possible to maximise 12G transmission over a single cable up to 45m making it suitable for short patch cables and some installations.

Application

Typical applications for this patch cable include Ultra-High Definition Digital Video, 4K Single-link 12 Gb/s UHDTV, 4K D-Cinema, 8K Quad-link UHDTV, HD-SDI 1080p and interconnect cables for Blackmagic Designs, Red One, gimbals and accessories.

12G-SDI certified right angle 75 Ohm BNC connectors

This right angle BNC connector is certified up to a maximum frequency of 12Ghz and features a gold plated centre conductor with a nickel body finish. Our end to end manufacturing approach of utilising certified components means the entire assembly from cable to connector is 12G rated to give customers peace of mind that they will get the best transmission performance including backwards compatibility with 3G-SDI and 6G-SDI products.
