What solder do you use?

We use high quality Kester silver solder for all guitar, microphone and loudspeaker cables.

When will my order ship?

For all in stock items we strive to manufacture and dispatch orders within 2 to 7 business days except for commercial products, trade orders and large quantities. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will start to be processed on the next business day. 

Which carriers do you use to ship?

Australia Post and other courier companies for standard orders and road freight for heavy items such as speaker and multicore cables Australia wide. All orders include tracking and signature on delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, in all instances the buyer is responsible for shipping fees and any customs fees and duties charged by your country.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit/debit cards for standard retail orders. 

Do you store my credit/debit card details?

No, we do not store your credit/debit card details. 

I made a mistake with my custom cable can I change it?

We encourage customers to thoroughly research cables and connectors for their intended application/equipment before placing their orders or contact us before checkout as we cannot make changes once the order is in production or provide refunds or returns for incorrect specifications provided by the customer.

What types of cables do you not make?

We do not make consumer audio video cables such as HDMI, Banana Plug and TOSLINK.
